- 120 grams Fava beans or edamame (boiled, de-skinned)
- 50 grams Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Directions

1Remove the skins from the fava beans and boil in boiling salt water (salt not listed) for 4-5 minutes.

2Once they've boiled, remove the thin skin layer, and either strain or mash with a fork.

3It's a bit difficult, but give it your all.

4Add Step 2 to a small pot.

5Add the sugar and heat.

6Evaporate the moisture, but cook to your desired stiffness.
