- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 large onions
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- paprika and allspice to taste
Directions

1Soak favas overnight.

2Add salt and boil until done (3 hours). In a separate pan, slice onions into butter and cook until done. Add sauce and 1 can of water.

3Add spices as desired.

4Combine both pans and cook together for 1 hour.
