  • 12 cup rolled oats
  • 6 slices canned peaches, rinsed
  • 14 frozen strawberries
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 12 teaspoons white sugar

Directions

    Put oats into blender first and grind down into a fine flour.

    Add remaining ingredients, blend, and enjoy!

    You can also sub the peaches for 1 banana, broken into chunks.
