- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Line 2 cookie sheets with foil.

3Mix together egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla.

4Add flour and mix until well blended.

5Fold in coconut.

6Drop by teaspoons 1 inch apart on lined cookie sheets.

7Bake 15 to 20 minutes until light brown.

8Cool on cookie sheet, then peel foil from cookies.

9Makes about 28 cookies at 50 calories each.
