  • 4 bacon strips
  • 2 chicken breast halves with skin bones
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce

Directions

    Wrap two bacon strips around each chicken breast.

    Place in a shallow glass baking dish; set aside.

    In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar; add remaining ingredients.

    Pour over evenly.

    Cover with plastic cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

    Drain and reserve marinade.

    Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is done, basting occasionally with marinade.
