- 4 bacon strips
- 2 chicken breast halves with skin bones
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Wrap two bacon strips around each chicken breast.

2Place in a shallow glass baking dish; set aside.

3In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar; add remaining ingredients.

4Pour over evenly.

5Cover with plastic cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

6Drain and reserve marinade.

7Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is done, basting occasionally with marinade.
