Festive Marshmallow Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. colored or white miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut

Directions

    Melt chips and butter over low heat, stirring to combine. Remove from heat and blend in eggs; stir in powdered sugar.

    Add marshmallows and nuts, blending well.

    Shape into 2 or 3 rolls on wax paper to which coconut has been sprinkled.

    Roll in coconut as they are shaped.

    Roll in wax paper.

    Chill.

    Slice (approximately 1/4-inch thickness).
