- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 fresh chili pepper, seeded and minced, or 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled soft feta cheese
- 2 grilled or roasted red bell peppers, peeled, cored, seeded and coarsely chopped
Directions

1Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

2Add chili and cook for 1 minute.

3Stir in garlic and remove from heat.

4Let cool for about 3 minutes.

5Place the feta and the red peppers in a food processor and process until smooth.

6Add the chili-oil mixture and process until well combined.

7Scrape the spread into a bowl and serve.
