- 2 sticks butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pt. light cream
- 1 lb. fettuccine
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. Parmesan, fresh ground
- freshly grated pepper
Directions

1Melt butter and cream cheese in heavy pot.

2When cheese is almost melted, in bits, add cream.

3Remove from heat as soon as cream has heated thoroughly.

4Cook fettuccine using salt and oil. Drain.

5Toss with sauce, toss again with Parmesan cheese, sprinkle with pepper and serve.

6Serves 8 to 10.
