- 1/2 lb. fettuccine pasta
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
Directions

1Cook fettuccine and drain.

2In saucepan, saute shallots in butter, stir in chicken broth and boil for 3 minutes.

3Remove pan from heat and gradually stir in cream.

4Add pasta, sour cream, Parmesan and chives; toss and serve.
