- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced or can of mushrooms, drained
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. (12 to 16 oz.) fettuccini
Directions

1Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine.

2Crumble softened cream cheese over vegetables.

3Cook with Parmesan and milk until cream cheese melts.

4Pour over fettucini or serve separately. Delicious.
