Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced or can of mushrooms, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. (12 to 16 oz.) fettuccini

Directions

    Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine.

    Crumble softened cream cheese over vegetables.
  3. 3
    Cook with Parmesan and milk until cream cheese melts.

    Pour over fettucini or serve separately. Delicious.
