- 1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
- 1 c. heavy cream (room temperature)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Cook bacon well and crumble.
