  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 5 tsp. butter
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c. strip ham
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 8 oz. spinach fettucini
  • 8 oz. egg fettucini
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 c. grated Swiss
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Saute mushrooms in butter and oil on high heat.

    Reduce heat and add ham and peas.

    Cook noodles and drain.

    Add 4 tablespoons butter and cheeses to noodles.

    Add cream and then mushroom mix. Serve hot.
