  • 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 4 chicken drumsticks, skinned
  • 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • vegetable cooking spray

Directions

    Combine yogurt and hot sauce in a shallow dish.

    Add chicken, turning to coat.

    Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Drain chicken; discard marinade.

    Dredge chicken in bread crumbs. Arrange in 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until chicken is done.
