Name: Fiesta Casserole
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix; 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans; 1 (16 oz.) can nacho cheese soup; 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Montery Jack cheese; 1 c. sour cream; 1/2 c. pitted black olives (optional)

In microwave-safe 2-quart casserole, cook meat on High for 5 minutes stirring after 2 minutes.

Drain off fat; place meat in bowl.

Add taco seasoning mix.
