  • 2 c. canned cream-style corn
  • 2 c. canned whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
  • 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • little Tabasco sauce

Directions

    I add some milk if necessary as the corn has little juice. Combine corn, olives, pimento, onion, pepper with eggs and cracker crumbs.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour into casserole.

    Season with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set like custard.
