- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. drained, chopped fig preserves
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Add sugar and whip until light and fluffy.

3Add oil.

4Stir baking soda into buttermilk.

5Alternately add flour and buttermilk mixture into batter.

6Add remaining ingredients.

7Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until tests done.
