- 1 thinly sliced lemon
- 3 cups sugar
Directions

1Combine the figs, lemon and sugar in a large pot.

2Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring just enough to prevent sticking, for about 1 hour.

3Spoon into hot sterilized jars; seal.

4Makes 6 - 7 half pints.
