- 2 lbs beef tenderloin (1 piece)
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions

1Place tenderloin in zip lock plastic bag and set in baking dish.

2Combine remaining ingredients for a marinade and pour over tenderloin.

3Close bag tightly.

4Chill for 24 hours; turn bag frequently.

5Remove meat from bag.

6Baste with one half of marinade while cooking.

7Heat remaining marinade to boiling and pour over meat when serving.

8Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes for medium.
