Filleted Catfish With Almonds

- 2 large farm raised catfish fillets
- 1 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Soak catfish fillets in milk for 10 minutes.

2Salt and pepper. Dip in flour.

3Back in milk and then back in flour a second time. Heat margarine in an iron skillet.

4Put fillets in margarine and brown quickly on each side.

5Turn heat to low and add almonds along side of fish until lightly browned.

6Put almonds on top of fish and cook about 10 minutes.
