Ingredients

  • 2 qt. sliced cucumbers
  • 1 qt. sliced green tomatoes
  • 2 qt. sliced cabbage
  • 3 green peppers, chopped
  • 6 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 qt. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Soak cucumbers and tomatoes in salt water for 3 hours.

    Drain. Boil all together 1 hour.

    Can in pint jars while hot.

    Process in water bath.
