  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cabbage
  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 1 Ketchup

    Beat the egg.

    Finely shred the cabbage.

    Start toasting the bread.

    Pour the egg into a frying pan, and when it starts to set, top with the cabbage.

    Put the toast on top, and press down lightly to make the bread stick to the egg.

    If the egg sticks out a bit, tuck it under the bread with a spatula.

    Turn the toast over with a spatula, and then transfer to a plate.
