- 1 slice Sliced bread
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cabbage
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Ketchup
Directions

1Beat the egg.

2Finely shred the cabbage.

3Start toasting the bread.

4Pour the egg into a frying pan, and when it starts to set, top with the cabbage.

5Put the toast on top, and press down lightly to make the bread stick to the egg.

6If the egg sticks out a bit, tuck it under the bread with a spatula.

7Turn the toast over with a spatula, and then transfer to a plate.

8Top with mayonnaise and ketchup to finish!

9If you have the time to spare, squirt in a zig-zag pattern.

10Run the tip of a chopstick vertically back and forth over the surface of the toast, to make this pattern.
