- 2 (32 oz.) dill pickles
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce (Texas Pete)
- 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves garlic
Directions

1Combine pickles, sugar, hot sauce and pepper flakes in a large bowl; stir well.

2Cover and let stand 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

3Spoon pickles into pint canning jars.

4Add a clove of garlic to each jar.

5Cover with metal lids and screw on bands. Store in refrigerator.

6Yields 3 pints.
