- 1/2 pound hot italian sausages
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 pound ground beef, lean
- 1/2 teaspoon beef stock
- 13 cup worcestershire sauce
- 13 cup onions chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 32 ounces tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 16 ounces pinto beans
- 1/4 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine dry
Directions

1Remove the sausage from its casing.

2Brown the sausage and ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.

3Remove and drain, reserving the measured amount of drippings specified in the ingredients list.

4Return the drippings to the skillet.

5Add the onion and garlic.

6Cook for 3 minutes.

7Return the meats to the skillet.

8Stir in all the remaining ingredients except the salt and pepper.

9Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

10Reduce heat to a simmer.

11Cover.

12Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

13Season to taste with salt and pepper.
