  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 medium-size tortillas (flour)
  • jalapeno peppers to taste

Directions

    Brown hamburger meat and onion.

    Add soup, milk and peppers after hamburger meat has been drained.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Cut tortillas in strips and line baking dish.
  5. 5
    Put 1/2 hamburger mixture over tortillas and put 1/2 cheeses on top of hamburger mixture. Repeat.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

    Freezes well.
