- 3 lb. boneless rump roast
- 1 pkg. dried onion soup
- 2 cans mushroom soup
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Place roast on double thickness of foil. Pour canned soup over meat and sprinkle on soup mix.

3Wrap meat entirely in foil.

4Place in shallow pan and cook for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.

5The juices from the meat will blend with the soups and produce a gravy.
