- 1 lb breakfast sausage, I use Jimmy Dean Hot
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 6 -8 anaheim chilies, sliced horizontally and seeded
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 -4 dashes hot pepper sauce (I use tobasco)
Directions

1Cook and drain sausage, return to hot frying pan.

2Add cream cheese and stir into sausage until melted.

3Add black pepper to sausage mixture.

4Fill peppers with the sausage mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. ( you want the peppers to be crisp-tender).

5Add tobasco sauce to each pepper to taste.

6This is excellent served with cornbread and butter.
