- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Grind the fillets.

2Fry onions in oil until tender and combine with ground fish.

3Add rice, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper (to taste).

4Mix thoroughly.

5Shape mixture into small balls with wet hands and then roll in bread crumbs.

6Cook in hot oil until delicately browned.
