- 1 Chikuwa (round fish cake with a hole through the center)
- 1 small Japanese cucumber
- 2 imitation crab sticks
- 1 tsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Slice cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds.

2Put crab sticks inside cucumber and place halves together.

3Spread mayonnaise on one side of the Chikuwa and push cucumber through.

4Cut into 1/2-inch slices and serve with shoyu or mustard/shoyu sauce.
