Ingredients

  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans salmon, tuna or other fish
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 large egg white (I use whole egg)
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients. Shape in patties.

    Fry in any type oil about 3 minutes on each side. Serves 6.
