- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3-3/4 teaspoons Baking Powder

- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1-1/2 stick Butter
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 3 cups Flaked Almonds

1Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

2Pour heavy cream into a mixing bowl. Add both sugars, flour, baking powder, and eggs. Mix until incorporated. Pour mixture into a baking tray (40x30 cm or 16x12 inches) lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes.

3In the meantime, for the topping, melt butter. Add sugar and almonds and mix well. Spread over the cake and bake for 10 minutes more, until the cake is golden brown. That's it!
