  • 2 lb. steamed fish
  • 2 small pimento peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. fish seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. mayonnaise, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. corn meal
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except for 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.

    Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cover top with remaining mayonnaise. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 400°.
