- 200 grams butter
- 200 grams cake flour
- 150 grams sugar
- 4 each eggs
- 100 grams sour cream
- 50 grams milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 each lemon skin
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Beat half amount of the sugar with butter until light.

2Add in egg york one by one.

4Then add in sour cream, milk, vanilla and lemon skin to mix well.

5Add in cake flour and mix well.

6Beat egg white with the remaining sugar until texture form.

7Mix both together.

8Preheat the oven.

9Place into it and cook at 160 Celsius (320 Fahrenheit) for approx 50 minutes
