- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1-inch sq. salt pork
- 1 medium onion
- butter
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- sherry or white wine (optional)
- butter, salt and pepper to taste (add with evaporated milk)
Directions

1Simmer haddock in 1 cup water until cooked.

2Remove from pan. Add potatoes to water (you may need more water).

3Simmer until cooked, but not overdone.
