- 1 tsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can NE clam chowder
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. savory
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 c. raw fish (fresh or frozen)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter; saute onion until tender.

2Add tomatoes and fish. Cook until done.

3In a large saucepan mix soups, milk and spices. Bring almost to a boil.

4Add tomato and fish mixture.

5Simmer until ready to serve.

6Do not boil or milk will curdle.
