- 1 lb. sole or orange roughy
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (2.5 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, diagonally sliced
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
Directions

1Arrange fish in 3-quart baking dish, thicker part to side of dish.
