- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Directions

1Place fillets on a nonstick baking dish.

2Sprinkle lemon juice over the top.

3Bake covered at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

4While fish bakes, melt margarine in a small saucepan.

5Blend in cornstarch and pepper until smooth.

6Add milk. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly.

7Boil 1 minute.

8Remove from heat.

9Add remaining ingredients.

10Heat until hot, then spoon sauce over baked fish fillets.

11Serve immediately on warmed platter.
