- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. Oakfarms butter
- 2 c. soft Cookbook bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/4 c. Borden salad dressing
- fish fillets
Directions

1Brown the onion in butter; then mix with crumbs, salt and seasonings.

2Add 1/2 cup Borden salad dressing.

3Cut fillets in uniform strips.

4Spread with bread stuffing; roll jelly roll fashion.

5Place in large greased muffin pans.

6Spread with remaining salad dressing, then bake in moderate oven at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Serve hot with extra salad dressing.
