  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Oakfarms butter
  • 2 c. soft Cookbook bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. Borden salad dressing
  • fish fillets

Directions

    Brown the onion in butter; then mix with crumbs, salt and seasonings.

    Add 1/2 cup Borden salad dressing.

    Cut fillets in uniform strips.

    Spread with bread stuffing; roll jelly roll fashion.

    Place in large greased muffin pans.

    Spread with remaining salad dressing, then bake in moderate oven at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serve hot with extra salad dressing.
