- 1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine or 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Arrange fillets in a single layer in a 13 x 9-inch microwaveproof dish.

2Brush with melted butter or margarine or fresh lemon juice.

3Cover loosely with wax paper.

4Microwave on High 2 minutes.

5Turn the dish halfway around; microwave just until fish is opaque in the center, 2 to 3 minutes more.

6Let stand covered 2 minutes.

7Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
