Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 lb. red snapper or other mild fillet
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- oregano
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Pour butter into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

2Arrange onion evenly in bottom of dish.

3Place fish in single layer, atop onion.

4Combine mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and salt.

5Spread evenly over fish.

6Sprinkle oregano and parsley over top to taste.

7Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.

8Serves 4 to 6.
