- 1 12 lbs flounder or 1 12 lbs other mild white fish fillets
- 12 cup sliced almonds
- 14 cup parsley, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter, melt
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- lemon pepper
Directions

1Place fish in a shallow baking dish, in a single layer.

2Sprinkle fish with lemon pepper.

3Sprinkle fish with almonds and parsley.

4In a small bowl combine butter, wine and lemon juice.

5Pour over fish.

6Cover and bake at 350 for 10minutes.

7Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.

8Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes

9before serving.
