  • 2 lb. fillet of white fish
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. instant potatoes with margarine
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook fish for 10 minutes in water; drain.

    Combine fish with potatoes and egg (if too soft, add potato flakes).

    Roll in bread crumbs and fry.
