Ingredients
- 160 grams Salmon
- 150 grams Haddock
- 60 grams Raw King Prawns
- 2 Shallots, whole
- 3 clove of Garlic, crushed in skin
- 35 grams Butter
- 35 grams Plain Flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
- 35 grams Butter
- 100 ml Milk
- 500 grams Potatoes, peeled add cut into chunks
Directions

1Boil a pan of seasoned water, and add the potatoes.

2Boil for about 10mins.

3Place the shallots, garlic, salmon, haddock and milk into a frying pan.

4Heat till just about boiling then reduce the heat and simmer for about 8-10mins.

5Remove the fish and leave to one side and pour the milk into a jug.

6Drain the potatoes, and put back into the pan, adding the butter on top.

7In a fresh pan, gently heat butter until totally melted.

8Increase heat, add the flour and beat with a whisk, keeping on the heat.

9Pour in the pouching milk, whisking as you do, add the parsley and simmer on a low heat for about 5mins.

10Make sure to continuously whisking the mixture with your whisk.

11Begin mashing the potatoes, adding the milk as you go.

12Make sure you get it to a nice smooth consistency.

13Season to taste.

14Pre-heat an oven to 190C / 170C fan.

15Flake the fish and add it to a dish along with the raw prawns.

16Fold in the sauce, making sure all the fish is well covered.

17Spoon over the mash on the top.

18Smooth it out and then use the back of a fork to decorate the top.

19Put the pie in the oven for 30-35mins.
