Ingredients

  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. each: thyme, parsley flakes and sweet basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 pkg. frozen vegetable mix (optional)
  • 1 can crabmeat
  • 1 can shrimp
  • 1 can clams
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 qt. milk
  • green onions and celery

Directions

    Chop green onions and celery.

    Saute onions and celery.

    In a large soup pan, add fillets to vegetables.

    Add all ingredients, juices from clams, crabmeat and shrimp.

    Bring to a boil.

    Simmer for half-hour to heat through.
