- 1/2 cabbage, diced
- 2 small carrots, diced
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 jalapenos, diced and seeded
- 1 Tbsp. consomme
- 5 peppercorns
- 3 tsp. hot sauce
- cilantro (as desired)
- fish, cubed (catfish is preferred but haddock is also good)
Directions

1Stir-fry vegetables until onion is translucent and cabbage has changed color.

2Add water and consomme.

3Add salt, peppercorns, hot sauce and cilantro.

4Boil until vegetables are tender.

5Add fish, return to boil and serve.
