- 1 can tomato soup
- 4 c. water
- 1 c. uncooked brown rice
- 3 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen sliced okra
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen green beans
- 3 c. sliced cabbage
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. orange roughy, cut into bite size pieces
Directions

1Heat soup, water, rice, carrots, onion, salt and pepper to boiling.
