  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 c. uncooked brown rice
  • 3 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen sliced okra
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen green beans
  • 3 c. sliced cabbage
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. orange roughy, cut into bite size pieces

Directions

    Heat soup, water, rice, carrots, onion, salt and pepper to boiling.

    Simmer 15 minutes.

    Add vegetables and fish.
