Ingredients

  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage meat, browned
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 can baby lima beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 6 strips bacon

Directions

    Drain beans, except for the pork and beans.

    Saute onion, celery and sausage meat.

    Add all remaining ingredients, except the bacon.

    Stir together and pour into casserole dish.

    Put bacon strips on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
