- 2 Tbsp. onion soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
- 1 1/2 lb. lean stew meat or venison, cubed
- 1 qt. frozen green beans
- 2 c. diced carrots
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Combine first four ingredients and let stand for 20 minutes. Layer remaining ingredients in a large, deep casserole dish.
