- chopped carrots (as much as desired)
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca (instant)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- V-8 juice
Directions

1Place all ingredients in 5-quart Dutch oven, using enough V-8 juice to cover meat and vegetables.

2Mix, cover and place in oven at 250° and cook for 5 hours.
