  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • 4 carrots, diced
  • 2 potatoes, quartered
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice

Directions

    Place meat in pan; place vegetables on top.

    Sprinkle tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper over all.

    Pour V-8 juice on top.

    Cover and cook at 250° for 5 hours.
