  • 2 lbs. stew meat, frozen or thawed
  • potatoes, cut in medium size pieces
  • carrots, cut in medium size pieces
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Directions

    Put meat in bottom of baking dish or dutch oven.

    Layer vegetables on top.

    Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.

    Spread both cans of soup over the top.

    Cover.

    Bake 5 hours at 250° if using frozen meat.

    Bake 5 hours at 300° if using thawed meat.
